Shipping Policy

At Bare Cake, we offer nationwide delivery across the UK using trusted next-day courier services. Our cakes are made to order and packaged with care to ensure they arrive fresh and in excellent condition.
 

1. Order Processing & Dispatch
All cakes are made to order and dispatched within 2 business days from the time your order is confirmed.

You will receive a dispatch notification and tracking information once your cake is on its way.
 

2. Delivery Method

• We use next-day courier services for all deliveries.

• Deliveries usually arrive between 8am–6pm, Monday to Friday.

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as cakes cannot be left unattended.
   

3. Delivery Areas
We deliver to addresses across the UK mainland. For deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or other remote areas, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
 

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Any promotional delivery offers will be clearly shown during the ordering process.
 

5. Receiving Your Order

• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.

• Someone must be present to receive the cake. Missed deliveries cannot be refunded.

• If the courier is unable to deliver, the parcel may be returned or destroyed due to its perishable nature.
   

6. Packaging & Handling
Cakes are carefully packaged to ensure they remain stable and fresh during transit. Please open your delivery as soon as it arrives and store your cake according to the included care instructions.
 

7. Delays & Disruptions
While we work with reliable couriers, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier backlogs). We will keep you updated and assist wherever possible, but we are not liable for courier delays once the parcel has left our facility.
