    Freshness & Storage:
    – Dispatched with a Best Before date set 21 days from dispatch
    – Store in the original packaging
    – Keep in a cool, dry and dark place
    – Cakes are freezer-friendly for up to 3 months — freeze on the day of delivery, and wrap well to retain freshness and flavour

    Cake Dimensions:
    – Approx. 3 inches deep
    – Suitable for splitting into 2 or 3 layers, depending on your design
    – Sizes are based on tin size — slight shrinkage during baking is natural

    Delivery & Dispatch:
    – Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 for fast, reliable delivery
    – Orders placed after 12 noon are dispatched the next working day
    – No dispatches on weekends or bank holidays
